INVERSIONES TURISTICAS AREMIKA TRAVEL S.A.C, also known as AREMIKA TRAVEL in this document, wants to give you the best vacations in Peru, so we recommend you to read carefully and obey the instructions of your sales agent.

AREMIKA TRAVEL is considered one of the safest agencies in Cusco. For having the documents accredited by regulatory bodies of TOURISM IN PERU.

Our prices include:
All services specifically mentioned in each itinerary in regular mode. Prices do not include taxes and are subject to change without previous notice until the moment the client pays the totality of the contracted services.

Our prices do NOT include:
Visa fees – Passport processing fees – Personal tips, such as to guides, drivers, bellboys, etc. Transfers where not specified – Excess baggage – Airport taxes and/or entrance fees to National Parks, Natural or Wildlife Reserves not specified in the itinerary – Extras of any kind or expenses not duly specified in the itineraries. Flights.

3.-Reservations
All reservations are subject to confirmation until full payment for services is received in full. In case a timely agreement has been reached between the company and the client, the reservation may be confirmed with a partial payment of 40% for packages with standard category hotels and 65% for packages with superior and luxury category hotels. However, the balance must be paid before the start of the services.

Payments for our services can only be made as indicated in our payment methods. Once the reservation of the package tour is confirmed to the client by e-mail with a confirmation code, it will be guaranteed, except for cancellation for reasons stated under the heading of responsibilities which are totally beyond the company’s control.

Hotel confirmations are subject to availability, if there is no space in the selected hotel, another of similar category and price will be given.

Regarding cancellations, refunds and reimbursements, these will be regulated by the terms and conditions.

If the trip has to be shortened or extended due to fortuitous reasons or force majeure not attributable to the company, the expenses caused by this situation will be exclusively charged to the clients.

The prices offered are net prices, not applicable the commission for use of magnetic means (credit or debit card), consult the percentage of commission; the costs for national or international bank transfers; commissions for collection of other means of payment.

4.- Cancellations and modifications:
On the part of the company: AREMIKA TRAVEL. reserves the right to justifiably cancel the tour in the following circumstances:

Force majeure events. We will proceed to refund the total amount received up to that moment, deducting the expenses of the bank transaction made and the administrative expenses that correspond, as well as the eventual cancellation charges of prepaid services in case there are any.

On the part of the client: All cancellations and voluntary changes in contracted programs must be notified in writing to AREMIKA TRAVEL.

For early cancellations and / or voluntary changes in contracted programs, the costs that apply, after deducting the percentage corresponding to the provider(s) and administrative expenses, will be as follows:

Between 45 and 31 days in advance 25%,
between 30 and 15 days before 50%,
between 14 and 7 days before, 75%,
Less than 7 days before 100%.

In case the cancellation/voluntary change in contracted programs is made more than 45 days in advance, only the administrative expenses will be charged and, if applicable, the penalty corresponding to the airline(s) and other contracted services.

In the case of long weekends, Easter week tours, high season, Christmas and New Year tours, regardless of how far in advance the services are cancelled, there will be non-refundable amounts.

Once the service has begun, the provisions for cancellation and voluntary cancellation of services shall apply.

Passengers who voluntarily desist from using any service included in the tour program shall not be entitled to claim any refund for such services. There is no refund for any unused services, including transfers, excursions and hotel reservations.

5.- Claims:
– Any claim must be sent, within 10 days of the end of the trip or the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim, to the following e-mail address: reclamos@aremikatravel.com.

Once this period of time has elapsed, no claim will be received.

6.- Documentation:
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of each passenger to have all the documentation in order for the trip. The passenger must have a valid passport and the required visas according to the chosen itinerary. Failure by the client to comply with the above will result in the loss of the right to any reimbursement.

The consequences of its omission and the expenses incurred as a consequence shall be borne by the traveler. The same will occur when the authorities of any country refuse to allow the entry of the passenger.

7.- Responsibilities:
Reservations are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in adventure travel and that they undertake the visits, excursions or expeditions, which appear in our programs, at their own will. It is also important to understand that the most meticulous arrangements can go wrong.

Aremika Travel, is obliged to provide its services with the necessary diligence, so that the whole trip goes perfectly, we will strive to serve you as best as possible.

Aremika Travel, assumes no responsibility for force majeure, climatic phenomena or natural phenomena that may occur before or during the trip, or for any eventuality that may make any trip uncomfortable or difficult, or for any delay or obstruction of your trip in any way and does not guarantee failure on the part of the company.

8.- Acceptance of the client on payments
The client declares to know and accept the present general conditions of hiring and such acceptance is ratified by means of any of the following acts:

The partial or total payment of the contracted services before the beginning of the trip, by any form or modality.
Acceptance of the invoice for the contracted services.
By the use of a portion of any of the contracted services.

9.- Air Tickets (not included)
Air ticket prices and fares are subject to availability and change without prior notice until they have been issued. The schedules, itineraries, flight numbers and times of these tickets are subject to change until the date of travel by the airline.

All airline ticket reservations are subject to confirmation until full payment is received in full for the tickets and until the tickets have been issued. The operator of the service may modify the current conditions without prior notice.

10.- Train Transportation Service (not included)
Prices and fares of train tickets are subject to availability and change without notice until they are issued. The schedules, itineraries and timetables of these tickets are subject to change until the date of travel by the train operating company.

All train ticket reservations are subject to confirmation until full payment in full for the tickets has been received and the tickets have been issued. Tickets issued for the train transportation service do not allow refunds, do not allow rerouting and do not allow date changes.

Any extra consumption not clearly specified as included will have to be paid directly by the passenger and will be the sole responsibility of the passenger and the train operator for any consumption not cancelled.
